Finding interesting shots

Dear diary, I’ve been scouting Google Maps for a week now to find interesting locations around me and so far my search hasn’t been much successful. Well, I think I’m overcomplicating the whole thing of shooting. Funnily enough, I found an interesting YouTube video on how to take interesting shots in boring places. That looked pretty inspiring, so I’ll try and do this over the weekend. Finding interesting shots in boring locations.

The current rain might work in my favour, and I could get interesting shots with rain reflecting off the ground or windows. Or it might make me even more miserable! God knows. But I need to do something. And I;ll finish the roll of 35mm colour film in my camera. But I’m not that happy about it. I found that despite having to shoot some colour film my heart is with black and white and I think more in black and white than colour. But I do have some expired rolls I need shooting. So there won’t be a way past the fact that I need to force myself to make do with it.

And if I feel very adventurous I might create my own product shoot indoors. Who says you can’t be creative when the weather outside is absolutely rubbish? So here goes to either all or nothing!
